How to enter a Favorite Link?

I was trying to enter a URL into members' favorite links on the main page, so I entered that area and firkytootled around for a while, with success.

How do I do that?

If you add a link to Del.icio.us and tag it with 'ideapropulsionlab' (no quotes) it'll show up there. Thanks for asking, I meant to post about that but forgot.
